Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Design & Branding Department in Customer Experience Division. He/She will support the Design & Branding team to achieve greater operational efficiency, and contribute to growth opportunities. The team seeks to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the SIA branding (including the area of Sustainability).

Key Responsibilities
Research and benchmark with other airlines (OALs) on Inflight Waste Management, Sustainability & potential co-brand partnerships & design (of products in the market)

• Facilitate the production of final assets for relevant design projects and marketing communications including photo & video taking and editing

• Supporting the team in The Upcycling Project (TUP) through inventory management and liaising with potential co-brand partners for collection/review of samples or SATS for delivery of inflight items for department use
Keep track of waste management data and identify trends for follow up actions
Administrative duties e.g., budgeting, organizing departmental documents, Control Self-Assessment (CSA), Staff Ideas in Action (S-I-A), assisting with legal agreements etc.

Required Skills
Diploma holder in any field

• Photo/video editing skills with applications such as (but not limited to) After Effects, Illustrator, INDESIGN, Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro from Adobe Creative
Expertise or experience in area of inflight products in the market/global, waste management and Single-Use Plastics (SUP) reduction is advantageous
Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Good analytical and interpersonal skills to accurately synthesize key sustainability information and manage brand partners tactfully and professionally
