Executive / Senior Executive Culture & Engagement (2 year contract)

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to enhance employer branding, increase
employee engagement and promote desired organisational culture through managing
various activities and projects as well as develop and coordinate employee
communications content across multiple platforms (forums, web, mobile, social
media).

Key Responsibilities include:

* Strengthen our Employee Value Propositions by planning, developing, and executing programmes and initiatives
* One focus area would be workplace wellness for the employees - physical, mental, social and financial to promote holistic employee well-being
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive and implement various employee engagement initiatives
* Plan and execute employee engagement projects, systems and events
* Develop communication plans and publish materials

Requirements

* Good degree with at least 3 years’ experience in employee engagement and communications role
* Experience in wellness management role in a corporate setting is preferred
* Project management skills

* Data analysis skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Proficiency in content development and designing software such as Adobe
* Photoshop will be advantageous
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Good organisation skills and ability to manage projects independently
