Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Procurement department in SIA Corporate Planning division.

Key Responsibilities include:

• To prepare sourcing packs, launch RFx events and collate bids for the category team

• To prepare Letter of Award (LOA)/draft contracts and ensure the contracts are signed timely

• To Coordinate negotiations of contract terms between suppliers and advisory units

• To maintain material master and create outline agreement in SAP

• To conduct user acceptance testing for all digital initiatives

• To be local IT coordinator for the department

Requirements

• Diploma
in any discipline with keen interest in technology

• Relevant experiences in contract management, documents management or IT system implementation is preferred

• Fresh diploma graduate with inquisitive mind and
keen interest to learn will be considered

• Meticulous & Attention to details

• Organized & analytical

• Good problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Process oriented & outcome driven

• Basic SAP Corp MM knowledge is a plus

• Working knowledge in
digital tools such as Sharepoint, O365 and Microsoft Office, such as word and
excel
