Aviation Job Search Goes to Pilot Expo 2026

Aviation Job Search will once again be at Pilot Expo 2026 in Brussels Airport’s SkyHall, returning once more to connect aviation professionals with airlines, training providers and recruiters from across Europe and beyond. Our team is planning to meet pilot jobseekers, flight training hopefuls and crew members at one of the busiest aviation recruitment events in the calendar.

Pilot Expo runs on 20th and 21st February 2026 in the SkyHall venue overlooking the runways at Brussels Airport. With a two-day trade show that hosts over 150 exhibitors from airlines, training schools, recruitment agencies and aviation service companies, it’s a chance to speak directly with recruiters and decision makers in person.

Among those attending are European short haul carriers such as Ryanair and Eurowings, while there will also be a presence from Middle Eastern long haul airlines like Emirates and the new Saudi airline Riyadh Air, both of which are recruiting tens of thousands of aviation professionals at the moment.

Beyond the airlines, flight schools, aviation universities, and maintenance and engineering training organisations will provide pathways into careers from both entry level and experienced backgrounds.

Pilot Expo is focused on the aviation recruitment industry, making it incredibly focused, meaning attendees can ask about open positions, application processes and training partnerships with recruiters and senior flight crew.

Hear from important figures in the aviation industry

Conferences are also an important part of the event, and are included in the All Access ticket option. Across both days there will be more than 50 speakers split across three main conference tracks; Aces (for experienced pilots), Future Pilots (for aspiring aviators) and Tech Masters (for maintenance and engineering professionals).

Already many speakers are confirmed for the two days including Ryanair’s Director of Talent, Mark Duffy, Klasjet’s Head of Human Resources, Sandra Diaso, Joe Diebolder - better known as Captain Joe - and Hugues Carpentier, Head of Training at Egnatia Aviation.

The Airliners’ Party on the evening of 20th February provides a setting for relaxed conversation and networking between aviation professionals. Held at SkyHall after the first full day of the trade show, it’s a chance to reconnect with peers and broaden contacts in a social space with music, drinks and light food.

Once again, Pilot Expo will be taking place at Brussels Airport’s SkyHall, overlooking the taxiways and runway. Not only offering spectacular views, it’s positioned in between the two main airport piers (Pier A and B) meaning it’s incredibly easy to get to, whether from Belgium or flying in from further afield.

Tickets for Pilot Expo 2026 are already on sale

Tickets are already on sale on the Pilot Expo 2026. Airline employees holding a valid ID may register for free access to the trade show and party without conference access.

An all inclusive ticket covering both trade show access, the full conference programme and entry to the Airliners’ Party is priced at about €45 (roughly £38, $49) plus fees. Without the conference, tickets are priced at about €20 (about £17, $22) plus fees.

Anyone looking at roles in piloting, cabin crew, engineering, training or airline support services should seriously consider Pilot Expo as part of their career planning for 2026. It is rare to find so many recruiters and decision makers under one roof, and the conversations you can have there often inform next steps in job search and career development.
