This is a permanent role for a top name with a fantastic 6 figure tax free salary and benefits on offer.
Engineering manager will be responsible for the technical services and CAMO side of the business. Leading this department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduce, revise, and manage maintenance and reliability programmes.
- Prioritise work requirements to maintain aircraft in a serviceable condition through weekly meetings with teams to discuss all projects.
- Manage the engineering team, including recruitment and staff development.
Role Requirements:
- 8-10 years' relevant aircraft maintenance experience (Boeing)
- 6 years' experience in Technical Services
- Bachelor's degree
- Ideally hold an AML
- Part-145 and Part-CAMO experience
