Roles & Responsibilities

* Floating RFQ and identifying the best vendor
* Global/International and National Procurement
* Tracking & monitoring POs and communicating with vendors
* Liasoning with freight forwarder / CHA for timely custom clearance
* Solving discrepancies (item lying in quarantine) and closure of pending GRN
* Pending Order List and List of open POs / SOs in AMOS
* Preparation of BFE orders and verification of order acknowledgements
* Approved Vendor List (AVL)

Qualification: B.Tech(Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical)/AME

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years: 4 - 5 years exp.

Work Location: Gurugram

IT Skills: MS Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP

Behavioral Skills: Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
