* Understand the payments architecture of the Company

-         Understand how the market, end to end chain works around various payment modes such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Wallets, BNPL, EMIs, POS machines etc. Have an in depth understanding of the RBI regulations on merchants/ banks in the payments space

-         Manage relationships with Payment Partners/ Payment Service providers and Banks for acquiring of Payments on Company’s website and Mobile app

-         Leading commercial negotiations and onboarding of new payment partners or back up payment partners

-         Analysis and addition of commercially viable new products in the payments domain which will increase sales/ enhance customer experience

-         Coordination with internal teams like IT, Revenue Management, Revenue Accounting teams for ensuring timely launching of new products/ resolving on going issues with existing partners if any

-         Continuously monitor the costs attributable to various payment modes and come up with cost saving initiatives

-         Understanding of the various alternate payment modes available in international geographies (South East Asia/ Europe etc) and key players in such markets

Others

-         Prepare periodic treasury MIS for senior management

-         Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements
