Manager – Leadership & Professional Skills Development

Role Requirement

To provide a wide range of leadership, management & professional skills development and learning interventions to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

·        Formulating a robust L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs

·        Quality the requests for learning interventions through learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business

·        Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements

·        Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry

·        Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results

·        Manage the planning, design, and implementation/delivery of all learning and development requirements

·        Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning

·        Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members

·        Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application

·        Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures

·        Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process

·        Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions

Key Relationships

·        ifly leadership team, other teams like Customer Service, Content, Poise and Communication

·        Business / vertical heads and L1 and L2 managers

·        HRBP across the organization

·        Target Audience

·        Expertise in identifying business challenges, development needs and creating/delivering solutions that meet the business objectives

·        Consulting skills, being a learning partner to the stakeholders

·        Ability to build strong relationships across the organization

·        Well-developed business acumen

·        Quality of the solutions designed, developed, and delivered (including facilitation), participant and stakeholder feedback/satisfaction scores

Impactful delivery of leadership trainings and workshops would be a key success factor

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream. A master’s degree in HR, Talent/Organizational Development or Psychology, Project management certification, knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design will be an added advantage

·        Minimum 8 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management

·        Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness

·        Team Management skills

Other Details

·        Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

·        Travel Requirement: Occasional (up to 30%)

Note: The job requires working as per the roster and will have rotational weekly offs. Weekend working may be required as per the roster.
