Job Title: AM/Manager - Business analyst

The specialist position is responsible for all sort of data management, KPI tracking, cost reporting, business analysis etc.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

* To monitor business processes and predict future requirements and/or problems
* To analyze ongoing business processes and create optimization strategies
* To modernize and automate existing system
* To collaborate with different departments to find solutions for business problems
* To handle performance monitoring and project management
* Responsible for making financial and non financial dashboards
* Cost analysis reports
* Examines raw data and give insights in making business decisions
* Develop business cases for new business requirements along with benefits and savings

Skills and Experience

* Minimum 7 years’ experience as business analysis with process improvement
* Good analytical and technical skills
* Green belt certification is preferred
* Advance excel skills with the knowledge of Macros and VBA
* Expertise in Power BI
* Ability to give presentation and make reports on the analysis done
* History of leadership skills with a good sense of team work
