About the new job

There is currently a job opening “IT Support Engineer”, in the Information Tech/Systems. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible to interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support. You are a perfect match, if you are eager to provide great support experience, owning, troubleshooting and solving technical issues, showing collaboration and transparency within the team.

What you will do:

* Install and configure new ipads/androids

* Monitor IT helpdesk, by controlling of service requests and incidents through Jira Service desk

* Provide support to end users in accordance with SLAs concerning software applications and hardware

* Be responsible for the administration of mobile technologies (IOS/android)

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field

* 3+ years of experience as an IT support engineer

* Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

* Strong knowledge in MS Office applications

* Experience in Apple Business and Developers technology

* Experience in MDM solutions like IBM Maas360 or Microsoft Intune.

And you have competence in:

* Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders

* Demonstrating positive attitude with a collaborative approach

* Attention to detail

* Working under pressure, managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines

* Organization and time management

* Handling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism
