Facilities Maintenance Technician

Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing all facility maintenance for ACI Jet’s facilities and related equipment in direct report to the Facilities Maintenance Lead. The ideal candidate will perform these tasks while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet’s employees, vendors, and clients.

Reports To

The Facility Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Facilities Maintenance Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management)

• Coordinate with ACI Jet’s managers and personnel to ensure that the goals and objectives relating to the FBO’s and Facilities are achieved, and carried out in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper maintenance of ACI Jet’s facilities and equipment is upheld
• Observe appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; report needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services
• Use company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of duties and projects that are required for facility maintenance
• General duties consist of minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting/touch-ups, lighting and other industry standard building maintenance tasks
• Ensures all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner using ACI Jet approved project tracking and communication platforms
• Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program
• May be called on to assist with GSE vehicle repair assignments
• Manage stock and inventory on a regular, scheduled basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a high stress and fast paced environment
• Must be a highly motivated and organized
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Pay: $21.50 - $32.00/hr | DOE
