Brief job description:

* Would be required to conduct regular customer service and systems training programs, along with other programs assigned.
* Open to travel for 18 days a month with rostered offs and rosters shifts
* Actively participates in team and ifly engagement activities
* Actively contributes to ongoing and future projects.
* Updates and improves all training material (modules/job aids) pertaining to functional training module
* Contributes towards quality enhancement of the training program and brings in innovations for efficiency.
* Ensure the processing and consolidation of all training records pertaining to Customer Service Training
* Multiskilled self into any other related soft skills as required by the organization and at the discretion of the Manager – ifly (Soft Skills & Leadership Training)

Skills required

* Worked for a minimum of 2 years in the terminal building and 2 years of flying experience
* Strong understanding of IndiGo policies
* Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS word, excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding and comfort with virtual video editing tools is desirable.

Exposure towards IFS trainings will be an added advantage.
