Role & Responsibilities

Should possess strong Quantity Surveying skillset .

Good at quantification and IS codes, mode of measurements .

Go getter and can work with the team effectively

Experience in handling procurement of developer projects ( Residential and office spaces ) Thorough financial acumen, well-versed with costing and procurement process.

Well versed with the RFP and Tender process

Conducting Monthly/Quarterly review meetings

Responsible for client and sub contractor billing certification

Ability to handle multiple procurements including for civil, architectural & MEP packages

Should be able to interact with clients and leadership team

Requirements:

Education - B.E / B.Tech/ Diploma - Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil

Candidates willing to join within 15 days would be preferable.

Location- Delhi NCR region

No of positions - 1

Note - It is a contractual role for one year of tenure
