Airworthiness Engineer - Flight Controls

Must-Have: 

1. Prior experience in developing safety critical control systems

2. Understanding of Fly by Wire based controls

3. Working proficiency in converting safety regulations into workable requirements

4. Understanding of Design Assurance Levels

5. Understanding experience with DO178C/DO-254 standards

6. Experience with Human factors

Good to Have 

1. Previously worked on development of Fly by Wire based control 

2. Creation of Certification Plans related to Design Assurance 

3. Execution of Design Assurance Audits

4. Experience working with FAA/EASA
