As the Airport Manager Haneda, you will be responsible for managing and directing the overall strategic leadership of the airport under its scope of control in order to achieve safety, service, operational, people, regulatory, and financial KPIs. The aim of this role is to ensure consistent and cost-effective service experience whilst driving continuous improvement, strategic and productivity opportunities. This role also takes on a security chief accountability.

You’ll have –

  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading high performing teams in an industrial environment
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of collaboration across business units, functions and teams.
  • Significant prior experience in a similar, senior leadership role (tertiary education in business, logistics or equivalent relevant background preferable)
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and managing complex operational strategies, and identifying opportunities for change and development
  • Strong influencing skills, resilience and a proven ability to navigate complexity in an ever-changing operational environment
  • An understanding of business fundamentals, with a proven customer centric approach through anticipating evolving customer needs and acting on them at an individual level
  • Demonstrated expertise in appropriate project management tools and in exercising judgement in cause and effect / problem-solving thinking
  • Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Rights to live and work in Japan
  • Ability to speak the local language as well as English
