Aircraft Maintenance Manager

> Salary: 60,000 HKD per month
>13 month bonus

DUTIES:

• Main Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee the execution of scheduled maintenance on customer aircraft in a line maintenance setting (excluding overnight servicing).
• Assist with transit line maintenance AOG requirements for complex defects that exceed 4-hour AOG events.
• Support transit line maintenance operations during peak workload periods.
• Coordinate with the Planning department to ensure the customer workload is well-organized.
• Collaborate with Planning/Base Maintenance for tasks beyond the minor maintenance department's scope.
• Chair Daily customer meeting(s) to establish and agree on work for the next 24 hours.
• Review and provide input on the 7, 14, and 30-day maintenance forecast with the Planning department to ensure proper resources, skills, tooling, and materials are available.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
• Manage maintenance teams and ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and efficient work execution to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all employees comply with safety procedures of the company and clients.
• Foster professional relationships with employees, client representatives, and other business associates.
• Continuously assess the safety of operational areas, including offices, stores, workshops, airside locations, and aircraft; take proactive measures and escalate any unresolved issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering related discipline
• Holder of a valid HKAR66 B1.1 or B2* license or other national aircraft maintenance license
• At least 12 years’ experience in aircraft line maintenance, in which minimum 4 years in managerial level
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with all levels of people
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving and analytical ability
• Pro-active in a character and with positive working attitude
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2
• Willing to learn and positive working attitude
• Proficient in computer applications
