Due to growth the company is seeking Flight Operations people in the role of Operations Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, based at Stansted Airport.
JOB ROLE (not limited to):
Working on shift as a team member carrying out a variety of tasks primarily associated with the trip support for private and charter operators in the Corporate Aviation market.
The roles involves regular contact with aircrew and support service providers such as handling agents as well as colleagues working in the company’s offices around the world. In this office clients are predominantly but not exclusively based in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & African) but flying globally.
You will be obtaining over flight and landing permits, whilst setting up services such as Flight plans, Weather, Ground Handling, Fuel, Hotels and catering.
You will also provide Clients with regulatory support and advice on operating in every area of the world, including Crew Visa’s, TSA waivers, APIS, Sanctions, etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The company is ideally seeking candidates with experience in Flight Operations, Trip Support and AOC operations, along with an understanding of NOP Portal (CFMU) and the management of European Airway slots. However, standout candidates without such experience who have other qualities and attributes will be considered.
Experience in a Customer care role would also support your application and you will be comfortable and competent in communicating using the telephone and email.
Good keyboard skills are required and the ability to proactively manage client expectations.

The company is a 24/7 operation all year round, so you’ll need to be happy to work shifts including nights and public holidays. The shift pattern is currently 4 days on 4 days off, working 12hr shifts with varying start times.
