Technical Services Coordinator
Monday – Friday, 42 hours per week

Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, working as part of a small team, the Technical Services Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and satisfactory execution of the maintenance of aircraft (contracted and ad hoc) carried out by Harrods Aviation. This role will be predominantly focussed on rotary aircraft.
You will be responsible for the management of maintenance inputs from initial planning to aircraft release, which will include identifying tooling, replacement components, consumable materials and third party services that may be required. You will be required to produce, issue and audit work packs and act as both an internal and external contact point during maintenance.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Ideally you will have experience of working within either a Technical Services or Airworthiness environment.
Good computer skills (Microsoft packages, general working knowledge of systems) are a requirement.
Applicants should have an organised, adaptable and flexible approach with strong interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach. You will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and maintain a professional appearance and manner even in sometimes difficult circumstances.
The ability to prioritise in an ever changing environment, remain calm and adapt under pressure are essential for the role. Excellent communication skills combined with courtesy and integrity are also important. Good administration skills and computer literacy are essential.
The role may be required to provide support at both locations therefore a full UK driving license is essential, as is holding the right to live and work in the UK. You will also need to have a 5 year checkable history in order to obtain an airport ID pass.

Remuneration - £26,000 - £30,600 basic per annum
