About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Airports Grant Supervisor to join our widely respected and growing Aviation Division in any of our Office Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee grants administration activities, including application preparation, tracking of project progress and reimbursements, compliance documentation, and grant closeouts.
  • Coordinate with funding agencies, sponsors, and internal teams on Capital Improvement Plans, funding strategy, reporting requirements, and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) programs.
  • Maintain and manage grant and diversity goal tracking, including DBE, M.WBE, and SDVOB Reporting in systems like EBO for NYSDOT-funded projects.
  • Foster professional relationships and provide administrative support, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and strategic funding opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and track approximately 50-75 open grants simultaneously: strong time management and deadline-driven work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive in engaging with others and taking initiative.
  • Works well independently while contributing to team efforts; demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for quality and timeliness of work.
