Job Description Educational Qualification Bachelors/Master in Engineering / Statistics/OR / Economics/Computer Applications Professional Qualification/knowledge - Strong Data Science / AI / ML skills - Strong Automation skills - Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years 2-4 years IT skills - R, Python - BI (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) - SQL - MS Excel, Access - Additional / Specific Licenses Required (if any) - Behavioral Competencies - Analytical mindset. - Structured thought process - Good written and oral communication skills - Humble and a team player Leadership Skills (Applicable for Manager & above) Others Job Description (to be pasted in a bulleted format) Job Responsibilities: o Machine Learning, Statistical & OR model building and analysis with respect to Revenue enhancement, cross-sell & up-sell, demand trends, new products, or initiatives evaluation o Statistical analysis on short-term, long-term Demand Forecasting, Trends, Products Performance, Customer Trends thru R, Python, SQL and High inclination towards analytical work and comfort in handling large datasets. o Provide regular and meaningful and actionable analysis on various Commercial projects. The candidate should be able to present his / her findings in crisp and clear fashion with the help of structured tables, graphs/ dashboards etc. Maintaining the BI platform – developing new dashboards as per business requirement, maintaining and improving the existing dashboard using Tableau/Power BI o Ability to structure real-life problems and arrive at solutions based on facts and logic. Candidate should have strong analytical skills which will enable the candidate to solve any unstructured and unprecedented problems which might arise as per changing and unforeseen business environment. o Evaluate Industry standard solutions and contribute in make/buy decision making o Providing regular / adhoc MIS reports as per leadership requirements and or as required by Regulators. o cross functional collaboration o be upto date on the competitor activities, industry trends o Should be a self-starter with a keen interest in identifying areas of improvement and zeal to solve problems.
