The largest International Pilot Recruitment and Training Expo in Europe is coming to Berlin.

2 days, 2 divisions, 30 speakers, more than 300 exhibitors, and endless networking opportunities.

The shortage of pilots in the aviation industry has become an important issue that has had an impact on aviation companies globally. For both future pilots to get an impression of the advantages of aviation and current pilots to learn more about work and growth opportunities within pilot jobs, Europe’s largest International Pilot Recruitment and Training Expo will be held in Berlin on February 22-23, 2019.

“Every day, our organizers work in the aviation industry and they recognize that this will be a valuable opportunity for everyone on two fronts. The first is to identify the current problem with the workforce shortage and how to solve it.

The second will be providing invaluable information for current pilots regarding their careers and how to navigate their futures. We would like to start an annual tradition to meet with all potential and current pilots in one place where we can discuss important questions and, of course, come up with new work challenges,” says Captain Kay Wachtelborn, the Pilot Expo representative.

The International Pilot Recruitment and Training Expo 2019 will take place over two days – February 22 and 23 at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Grounds. There will be an exhibition, a conference and an Airliners’ Party during the Expo. At the exhibition, every interested participant will have a chance to attend aviation schools and visit some of Europe and Asia’s biggest aviation companies and recruiting agencies.

As well as this, we have some very exciting manufacturers who will present their newest products that have been designed for the successful educational process, recruitment and skills evaluation. Split into two, the conference will focus on:

1. Experienced Pilots: Discuss all aspect of aviation with the experts. Ranging from tax to rights and insurance, there will be a variety of professionals for you to speak with.

2. Future Pilots: Find out about opportunities for new entry pilots. Everything from study opportunities, EASA pilot licensing, and financing questions will be answered.

The Pilot Expo is inviting you to the Airliners Party to meet your course mates, colleagues, and new friends on the evening of Friday, February 22. It will be an excellent opportunity to meet your peers and enjoy good music at this fantastic venue.
