<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>- Perform
aircraft sheet metal and structural repairs, removals, installations,
modifications, and fabrication tasks in accordance with approved data.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Read and
interpret Structural Repair Manual (SRM), engineering drawings, blueprints,
task cards, service bulletins, and customer work instructions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Layout, drill,
countersink, ream, fit, install, and finish aircraft structural components and
fasteners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Repair or
replace skins, doublers, brackets, frames, stringers, panels, doors, fairings,
and other structural assemblies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Use precision
measuring tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and shop equipment safely and
accurately.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Complete
required documentation and coordinate with Quality/Inspection for buyback and
conformity requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain FOD
prevention, tool control, housekeeping, and safe work practices around aircraft
and shop areas.\<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>- Minimum 3
years of aircraft sheet metal, structures, or modification experience
preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Commercial
MRO, heavy maintenance, or aircraft modification experience strongly preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience on
B737 and/or B777 aircraft preferred; other commercial transport -category
aircraft experience may be considered.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to
read SRM, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions in
English.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience
with layout, drilling, riveting, fastener installation/removal, corrosion
repair, and structural rework.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- A&P
license preferred but not mandatory where client requirements allow.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Must be able
to work at heights, in confined areas, and around aircraft in a production
environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Must provide
tools as required by the client/tool listing.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
