First People Solutions are looking for talented and detail-driven Aircraft Spray Painters to join our dynamic team across Europe. This is your chance to work on some of the most advanced aircraft in the world, ensuring they look as exceptional as they perform.

What You’ll Do

• Safety First – Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies, using PPE correctly at all times.
• Prep for Perfection – Clean and prepare operational areas, stage aircraft, and mask “not-to-paint” zones with precision.
• Surface Mastery – Carry out pre-paint preparation including cleaning, paint removal, sanding, and abrading.
• Creative Accuracy – Position stencils, mix paints, and apply coatings using electrostatic and HVLP equipment.
• Technical Excellence – Read and interpret aircraft paint drawings, ensuring all markings, placards, and decals meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Equipment Care – Maintain spray guns and painting tools to keep them in top condition.
• Team Spirit – Support additional tasks such as organising materials and maintaining clean work areas.

• Proven experience in spray painting, ideally in aerospace or automotive sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
