Position: Composite Technician
Location: Germany – Must Have the right to work in the EU
Employment Type: Contract 7/7 – Competitive Rates – 6 Months Renewable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair advanced composite structures using industry-standard processes.
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support production workflows to meet both quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production plans with precision.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize composite processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience in composite manufacturing—both in workshop prototyping and high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of materials such as carbon, fiberglass, and resin systems.
• Skilled in layup, curing, bonding, trimming, and finishing composite components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions during production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
