About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support our Quality team and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a key support partner to Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams

Maintain and manage Quality Control databases to ensure accurate, timely reporting

Compile and organize hardware data packs and critical documentation

Perform data entry, record keeping, and filing with a high level of accuracy

Develop and generate reports to support business and quality initiatives

Keep files, systems, and records up to date and audit-ready

Contribute to overall workflow efficiency by supporting front office operations

What You Bring

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency with computers, databases, and data management systems

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Solid business English skills, including grammar and professional writing

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities with confidence
