✔️ 3,500 total flight hours
✔️ 1,500 PIC hours
✔️ 200 PIC hours (last 12–18 months)
✔️ Valid A320 Type Rating
✔️ ATPL (EASA / ICAO / FAA)
✔️ Class 1 Medical
✔️ ICAO English Level 4+
