General requirements

• License: EASA, ICAO & FAA accepted
• Medical: Class 1
• ELP Level 4

Minimum requirements

• Monthly Salary - $10,100
• 3,500 total flight hours
• 1,500 Total PIC Hours on 60T and above
• 200 Hours on A320 in the last 12-18 months
• Last flight on A320 in the past 18 months preferred
• Maximum acceptable age up to 60 years

Exception: Candidates with Captain/PIC experience who do not yet meet minimum Captain flight‑hour requirements may be considered for FO roles if willing to join as First Officers.
