FBO Manager

Are you an experienced aviation professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established aviation organisation for an experienced FBO Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and operational excellence while managing a dedicated team in a dynamic airport environment.

The FBO Manager is appointed by the company. You will have corporate authority for ensuring that all operations can be financed and carried out to the standard required by legal and company requirements.

Role Requirements:

• Right to live and work in the UK
• 5 years or greater in a managerial role with an FBO or similar operation
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proven excellent customer service
• Advanced knowledge of ground handling and safety management processes
