Control JP Lda  is developing a new air mobility platform, initially focused on Angola denominate JP FLY.

We are looking for an experienced Aviation Operations Consultant for an initial 6-month project to help design and structure our operational model from the ground up.

The consultant will work directly with the founders to establish flight planning and monitoring processes, airline and charter coordination, aircraft availability and backup procedures, passenger assistance, operational control, and the structure required for the launch of JP Fly.

This is a hands-on role for someone capable of turning a business concept into a practical aviation operation.

Requisitos

• Strong professional experience in aviation operations.
• Experience with airline operations, OCC, charter and/or ACMI operations.
• Good understanding of flight planning, operational control and disruption management.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, airports and aviation service providers.
• Ability to design operational procedures, workflows and KPIs.
• Previous experience launching, building or restructuring an aviation operation is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in African aviation markets is an advantage.
