Key Responsibilities

• Lead and model excellent customer service in line with MSE standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
• Assist with managing cash and register operations as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance adhering to company dress policies
• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and employee management

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurant or similar environment preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have clean background history
