Summary: Would you like to make an impact at a fast paced and exciting company? Allegiant Air has an open Intern position in our Service Delivery team. The Service Delivery Intern supports Allegiant’s ITSM toolset and manages associated processes. They will gain experience in data analytics, process development, project management, and financial management. Visa Sponsorship Available: No Minimum Requirements: Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: High School Diploma/GED Education Details: Bachelor's Degree recent graduate or currently pursuing degree. To be qualified to apply intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of college course work in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science. Ability to work 100% Remote. Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel. Preferred Requirements: Ability to demonstrate use of logic and problem-solving capabilities. Self-starter who is not intimidated by technology or software tools. Willingness and ability to contribute to the efforts of the team. Demonstrated excellent relationship building skills. Ability to manipulate and present data using MS Excel. Passion for project management or business intelligence. Experience with SQL. Job Duties : Create and update Excel documents, SQL tables, and process diagrams. Develop reports and attributes when requested by other parts of the business. Complete projects that help Allegiant IT evolve existing tools and platforms. Participate in software maintenance including quality and stability initiatives. Evaluate tools/frameworks that are being considered by the IT development organization. Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands / Work Environment Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
