About the Role:
The Lead Aircraft Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of aircraft within our fleet. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing complex maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks to meet stringent aviation standards and regulatory requirements. The Lead Aircraft Technician will coordinate with engineering teams and maintenance staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing aircraft downtime. This role demands a proactive approach to quality control and continuous improvement in maintenance processes. Ultimately, the Lead Aircraft Technician ensures that all aircraft are maintained to the highest standards, supporting safe and timely flight operations across the United States.
