About the Role

Recruit Reliance is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician specializing in Garmin avionics, installation, wiring, and troubleshooting. This full-time role offers a stable schedule, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration, and integration of avionics systems, with a focus on Garmin products.
Execute advanced wiring tasks, including harness assembly and system connections.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in Garmin avionics, installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Strong technical skills with the ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Preferred:
Airframe license (not required but a plus).
