This is a full-time positiondirectly responsibleto the Department Chair. The primary duties and responsibilities include providing instruction necessary for students to obtain applicable pilot certificates and ratings; providing counseling, guidance, and academic support to students as needed; and conducting stage checks in accordance with the College’s FAA-approved Part 141 training program. The position also serves as the primary liaison between Central Texas College (CTC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Bachelor’s Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education. Degree in Aviation or related field preferred. Master’s degree or 18 graduate hours in Aviation highly preferred.
Commercial AMEL and Multiengine Instructor preferred.
