As a member of our Quality Team, you will perform various inspections to ensure the quality of the aircraft while playing a critical leadership role in workplace safety. You will serve as the organization's designated Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), owning and maintaining our radiation safety program to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Through stringent testing and rigorous safety management, you will help us achieve airline-like levels of safety while offering urban air transportation at a price accessible to all, setting the bar for the entire advanced air mobility industry.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $108,400 - $149,100. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
