Flight Simulator Technician

As a Flight Simulator Technician you will ensure the daily technical availability, safety and operational readiness of our Flight Simulation Training Devices. You will work hands-on with advanced simulator technology and solve technical issues in real time.

Your Tasks

• Ensure simulators are operational and correctly configured for training.
• Provide immediate technical support during live training sessions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot visual, motion, cockpit hardware, avionics simulation, network and IOS systems.
• Replace and repair components and perform diagnostic testing.
• Support FSTD Engineers with QTG activities, software updates, configuration control, calibration and alignment.
• Support EASA compliance, technical documentation and internal audit requirements.
• Support simulator housekeeping and technical logistics activities.

Your Profile

• Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, aviation technology or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of aircraft systems and simulation technology is a plus.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure such as networks, CAN Bus and Linux.
• Ability to solve problems under time pressure.
• Good English skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and/or on-call.
• Flight simulation or aircraft maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
