Brief description of the primary purpose of this position:
Provide enhanced data service support to customers according to assigned objectives, priorities and deadlines. Ensure successive steps to resolve problems and deviations in compliance with instructions and established procedures. Manage day-to-day issues, provide guidance and consultation to customers.
