MOC Duty Engineer – Permanent Opportunity

We are pleased to be supporting a leading European airline in the search for an experienced MOC Duty Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support and guidance to flight crews regarding MEL dispatch and troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Maintenance Department and flight crews.
• Coordinate and manage the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery process, including spares requests and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements.
• Monitor MEL, CDL, and critical deferred defects across the fleet, ensuring timely rectification within approved limits.
• Track repetitive defects and work closely with flight crews and maintenance providers to identify effective solutions.
• Liaise with maintenance organisations to resolve technical issues and support non-routine maintenance events.
• Obtain approved technical data from Type Certificate holders, STC holders, or Part 21 Design Organisations for non-standard damage assessments or complex troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Operations Control Centre (OCC) to optimise maintenance planning and minimise operational disruption.

Experience & Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant industry experience.
• EU right to work
