Permanent | Full-time | Business Aviation

Resource Group is recruiting an experienced EASA Part-66 B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer on behalf of an established business aviation maintenance organisation in eastern Switzerland.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive team, work across a varied aircraft fleet and develop your skills through further type-rating training.

The role

Working within an EASA Part-145 maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing scheduled avionics and electrical maintenance.

  • Troubleshooting aircraft systems and carrying out repairs.

  • Installing and upgrading systems, including minor bench work.

  • Providing AOG and field repair support.

  • Maintaining accurate aircraft and maintenance documentation.

  • Supporting technical investigations and liaising with manufacturers and customers.

  • Helping maintain and improve technical standards and maintenance procedures.

What we’re looking for

  • An EASA Part-66 B2 aircraft maintenance licence.

  • A Swiss or EU passport and a valid driving licence.

  • Relevant avionics maintenance experience.

  • The ability to work independently, take responsibility and contribute to a team.

  • Good IT skills and a careful approach to technical documentation.

  • Good written and spoken English; German or French would be an advantage.

Experience on Embraer, Cessna, Gulfstream, Pilatus or TBM aircraft is welcome. Praetor 500/600 ratings would be a particular asset, although motivated B2 engineers without these ratings are encouraged to apply.

  • Attractive employment terms.

  • Type-rating training and opportunities to broaden your aircraft experience.

  • A varied role with scope to work independently.
