B2 Licensed Engineer - B737 MAX or A320 UKCAA

Job Title: B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Base Maintenance Contract – B737 MAX / A320)

Location: United Kingdom (UK base maintenance site)

Job Summary:
Hub Selection is recruiting a qualified B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer for a base maintenance contract in the UK, running from September 2026 through May 2027. The successful candidate will perform base maintenance activities on B737 MAX or A320 aircraft (dual type rating is an advantage) in accordance with UK CAA and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out base maintenance tasks on aircraft avionics and electrical systems in line with approved data and maintenance documentation.

• Certify completed maintenance work within the scope of the UK CAA B2 licence privileges and applicable type ratings.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify avionics/electrical faults during scheduled base maintenance inputs.

• Ensure all maintenance actions meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards, including accurate completion of technical records and documentation.

• Work effectively within the assigned shift pattern to support maintenance delivery targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid UK CAA Part-66 B2 licence.

• B2 type rating on B737 MAX or A320 (at least one required).

• Right to work in the UK (mandatory).

• Availability to work the contract period: September 2026 to May 2027.

• Ability to work either Monday–Friday or 6 on / 6 off shift patterns.

• Ability to work 8–10 hours per day depending on operational requirements.
