Location Flexibility:

● RAF Shawbury (Shropshire): Supporting the MFTS fleet. 

● RAF Valley (Anglesey): Supporting the MFTS fleet.

We are recruiting foundational members for our inaugural 7-day MFTS Base Maintenance team - a high-performance group built from the ground up. The Role

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) and reports to the MFTS Base Maintenance Manager. 

B2 Licensed Engineer (Avionics)

● Responsibilities: Accomplish maintenance inspections and rectifications on electrical and avionics systems.

● Expertise: Use specialized test equipment to ensure the continued safe operation of the aircraft.

● Requirements: A CAA Part 66 B2 License is preferred.

B1 Licensed Engineer (Mechanical)

● Responsibilities: Certify maintenance, repairs, and inspections on airframe structures, power plants, and mechanical systems.

● Supervision: Oversee maintenance fitters and certify their work.

● Requirements: A CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence (Turbine Rotorcraft) is essential.

AHUK Type Ratings include : H135 & H145
