Company 

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing Italian EASA Part-145 MRO organisation. Due to continued expansion and increasing operational demand across multiple bases in Italy, the company is looking to strengthen its team with experienced A320 B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.

The company is able to sponsor EU Blue Cards for Italy for candidates who require visa sponsorship.

Position

We are seeking EASA Part-66 B1 Licensed Engineers with A320 type rating and full approval on all three engine types:

  • Pratt & Whitney PW1100G (GTF)
  • IAE V2500.
  • CFM56.

This is a permanent position offering stability, career progression, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic line maintenance environment across key Italian bases. 

Additional type ratings such as B737 and/or Embraer E-190 will be considered an advantage.

Requirements

  • Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence.
  • A320 Family type rating with PW1100, V2500, and CFM56 (all three required).
  • Recent and demonstrable experience (minimum 6 months within the last 2 years).
  • Experience in a line maintenance environment is preferred.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Additional type ratings (e.g. B737 / E-190) are advantageous. 

International candidates are welcome. Support with the Italian work permit process may be provided for non-EU applicants who meet all criteria.

  • Contract Type: Direct employment in Italy.
  • Salary Package: Competitive depending on experience and licence privileges + Benefits.
  • Roster: 5- on / 5-off.
  • Overnight allowances.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Annual leave. 
  • Sponsorship of EU Blue Card for Italy.
  • Accommodation: Provided for the first year.
