Volantes Technical Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic client in the UAE who have commenced a ground breaking project within the eVTOL space and have huge plans to design, develop and manufacture an aircraft which will deliver for vital sectors within the UAE and beyond.

To support, I am looking for experienced Principal MBSE Engineers to join the pioneering engineering team working on next-generation aviation technology.

🔹 Principal MBSE Engineer – Platform

• 12+ years' Systems Engineering & MBSE experience
• Strong SysML & Cameo Systems Modeler expertise
• Experience owning aircraft architecture models
• DOORS NG, requirements traceability & toolchain integration
• Certified aircraft programme experience highly desirable

🔹 Principal MBSE Engineer – Sovereign C2

• 12+ years' Systems Engineering & MBSE experience
• Strong SysML & Cameo Systems Modeler expertise
• Experience with mission-critical Command & Control or system-of-systems architectures
• DOORS NG, interface modelling & requirements traceability
• Defence, Air Traffic Management or C2 experience advantageous
