PERMANENT Operations Manager

Excel are currently seeking a Operations Manager for an exciting permanent opportunity located in France to support a very well-known client and their executive jet aircraft. Overall, you will run their fast-paced maintenance department through scheduling, planning, and coordinating all activities.

Your daily responsibilities will include: 

• Managing the station’s annual plan and material control expense,
• Ensure all activities meet/exceed quality standards,
• Lead and develop the stations manpower, creating conditions for growth,
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external personnel.

Successful candidates will hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience within similar environments, preferably you have also obtained your EASA license with at least one business jet type rating. For the right profile, our client is offering an annual salary up to €75K per year with further benefits on offer to support you.
