WE’RE HIRING: A320 FAL & AIRCRAFT DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVE

Candidates must currently be based in the EU and already have the legal right to work in Germany. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to represent an airline at the Airbus Final Assembly Line and Delivery Centre in Hamburg, supporting the production, inspection, acceptance and delivery of A320neo aircraft.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections during final assembly, pre-delivery and handover
• Monitor production progress, quality and delivery milestones
• Identify and follow up on defects, concessions, deviations and open items
• Review aircraft build records, technical documents and modification status
• Coordinate with Airbus, cabin suppliers, BFE representatives and vendors
• Support ground testing, functional checks and acceptance flights
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and airworthiness requirements
• Support the successful induction of delivered aircraft into service

Essential requirements:

✅ 5–8 years of aircraft maintenance or aircraft delivery experience
✅ At least 3 years’ experience on the Airbus A320neo family with LEAP engines
✅ Strong knowledge of aircraft production and acceptance processes
✅ Experience in technical inspections, concessions, deviations or quality management
✅ Strong vendor and stakeholder coordination skills
✅ Currently based in the EU
✅ Existing legal right to work in Germany without sponsorship
✅ Fluent English

A valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence or equivalent is preferred.

Experience in Airbus aircraft delivery, OEM liaison, production inspection, cabin/BFE installation, retrofit programmes or entry into service would be highly advantageous.
