We’re pleased to offer long-term Winter 2026/2027 season contract opportunities for EASA B1 Licensed Engineers to support base maintenance operations on the Airbus A320 family in Lithuania.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
Position: EASA B1 Licensed Engineer – Base Maintenance
Aircraft Type: Airbus A320 CEO + NEO
Contract Type: Long-term, ongoing
Shift Patterns: 5 on / 2 off or 6 on / 1 off
Start Date: September 2026 or later

Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence
• A320 type rating with NEO or CEO engine variants
• Right to work in the EU – no sponsorship available
• Valid + initial certificates:
  • ST + Human Factors
  • EWIS Modules 1 & 2
  • FTS Level 2
• 6/12 recency on the A320

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems and components
• Perform repairs and component replacements
• Conduct inspections and functional tests
• Certify aircraft serviceability in accordance with EASA regulations and within the scope of your authorisation
• Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards
