Position Overview:

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group (CCD), in partnership with ABM Aviation, is looking for a proactive and hands-on leader to serve as the Parking & Traffic Operations Supervisor at Memphis International Airport (MEM). This role is responsible for overseeing Parking Attendants and Traffic Dispatchers, ensuring efficient traffic flow, seamless parking operations, and superior customer service.

As a working supervisor, you will be actively involved in daily operations, managing schedules, reporting, and field support. This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and flexibility to accommodate a 24/7 airport operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Customer Service Management

Supervise & Support Parking Attendants in:

• Assisting customers with jump-starts, tire inflation, and vehicle lockouts.
• Helping customers locate their vehicles.
• Maintaining clear parking signage and managing traffic flow.
• Conducting real-time vehicle counts to monitor parking availability.
• Organizing and retrieving luggage carts.
• Handling other airport-mandated parking duties.

Oversee Traffic Dispatchers to Ensure:

• Effective communication between parking teams and shuttle services.
• Real-time monitoring of vehicle movements to prevent congestion.
• Coordination of ground transportation and shuttle dispatching.
• Quick response to operational changes or delays.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure seamless parking and traffic operations while adhering to airport and ABM Aviation policies.

Team Leadership & Scheduling

Lead & Manage Parking & Dispatch Teams:

• Develop and maintain work schedules to cover 24/7 operations.
• Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing development and coaching.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to safety and service protocols.
• Address operational challenges and manage staffing levels to meet demand.
• Compliance & Reporting

Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Maintain Records:

• Maintain accurate reports on daily operations, incidents, and service requests.
• Submit reports to ABM Aviation and airport authorities as required.
• Enforce TSA security regulations, safety protocols, and airport guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (must have a clean MVR).
• Must pass a background screening, including drug test, MVR check, and criminal history review.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA security badge for airport operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability for flexible scheduling to accommodate a 24/7 airport operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
