Operations Controller

Jet Concierge Club (JCC) is one of the UK’s fastest-growing business jet operators, renowned for its innovative approach and pioneering business model. Operating a large and rapidly expanding fleet of heavy jets, JCC is on track to reach a planned total of 30 aircraft.

Due to continued growth, Jet Concierge Club is currently seeking an Operations Controller. The successful applicant will be responsible for organising and overseeing daily operations and maintaining operational control over the fleet and will report to the Nominated Post holder Ground Operations and Deputy Ground Operations Manager.
The position is based at our fast paced and lively office at London Stansted Airport. 

This is a full-time hybrid working position.

Key Skills and Behaviours:

• Minimum of 1 year’s flight planning experience within IFPS and NAT-HLA.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role, for a private operator engaged in worldwide operations.
• Knowledge of the aviation regulatory environment, currently UK-REGs.
• Written and spoken English comparable to ICAO level 6.
• IT literate and autonomous in the use of the MS Office suite.
• Able to work as part of a team or individually.
• A good problem solver and always working with a high attention to detail.
• FAA/UAE Dispatch Licence or similar highly desirable (but not required)
