The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Product and Services Quality Managers to join the 737 Program Quality team supporting the 737 program flight line at both Renton and Seattle Field.

Position Responsibilities:
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.
Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
Provide education, coaching and review of Quality Management System.
Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 3 years of QMS (Quality Management System) experience.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a production environment.
Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate
Experience using Systematic Problem Solving skills.
Lean or Continuous improvement experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with the Material Review Board (MRB) Process
Flight line experience (internal or external)
Experience with Root Cause Analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and teaming skills
Bachelor's degree
Shift:
Candidate may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer.
