The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Product and Service Quality Managers (Level K) to support the Final Assembly team in Renton, Washington on 1st and 2nd shifts.
This manager will be supporting a team of 15 to 25 quality inspectors in various position in the Factory. This manager will report to a senior quality manager in support of onsite activities.
The 737 team is looking for an energetic and proactive leader to support the 737 production line. Position Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and motivate employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services, and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations
Provide education, coaching, and review of Quality Management System
Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships, and communication with customers, collaborators, peers, partners, suppliers, and team
Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Acquire and manage resources and leads process improvements
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role
3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly
3+ years working with managing product definition data requirements, processes, or product data
3+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis
3+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)
3+ years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working on the 737 Program
3+ years of experience in a factory environment
3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Willing to work a 2nd Shift
